If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you
Consignee can return or exchange if
- The product is damaged, strained, defected or incomplete.
- In case the product isn’t complete, both items of a pair must be returned.
- The product was purchased other than seasonal/discounted campaign.
- The product delivered doesn’t match the product ordered.
- The minimum time for processing return or exchange is 3 to 10 days.
- Customized orders that include alterations and made to measure products CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. However, if you received an incorrect measurement you can send us pictorial evidence of the error in alterations and we will try to fix the issue.
- Exchanges and refunds during sale or on discounted product is ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered

Note: Consignee will have to pay shipping charges in case of return or exchange.
ALTAQWEEM will accept if
- The products are unwashed, unworn and without any flaws.
- The product is in its original state.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, freebies and accessories etc.
- Consignee has to send pictorial evidence, If found any variation (size, color or damaged) upon opening the package.
- In case of REFUND, if claim justified, the purchase price will be refunded within 10 days.
- Product’s original price is refundable only, Delivery charges will not be returned.
